First Continental Congress: A conference that was taken on September 5th from October 26th,1774. This conference was with all of the representatives from different settlements. It took place in the fall. And the location where the conference was located at was in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania at Carpenters' Hall.
Lexington and Concord: The Lexington and Concord wars were two wars that were the first militia fight in the American Revolution. These wars took place in Massachusetts, Province of Massachusetts Bay. The war was all because of the fight from the Kingdom of Britain and all the colonies land of British America. The results of these wars are that the forces of the British were successful in demolishing the supplies and cannons of Concord and the military succeeded in making the British go back to Boston.
Second Continental Congress: An agreement that had nominees who are from 12 new lands in Philadelphia at. There first organization was in the summer of May in 1775. The members of the Second Continental Congress were John Hancock, Thomas Jefferson, James Wilson, and Benjamin Franklin. When warfare later happened the Revolutionary War first began.
Battle of Bunker Hill: A fight that showed Americans could overthrow the British. While the British are sleeping the colonists build a 6 foot dirt wall on the hill side. The British commander wasn't happy at all so his men fired cannons at the rebels. The Redcoats cross the line of fire and are easy to spot because they are all wearing red. The British won the Battle of Bunker Hill but 260 men were killed and 828 were wounded.
Battle of Trenton: This battle took place in Trenton New Jersey on Christmas day in 1776. George Washington and his army went across Delaware and arrived just before daybreak. The Hesians were shocked and not prepared so the battle only lasted an hour. That was the day that the Americans had won giving the colonists new hope and allowing the Continental Army to retake new positions in New Jersey.
Common Sense: A small book that was 47 pages long. It argued that people shouldn't come in contact with Great Britain. It was published in 1776 and its author's name is Thomas Paine. This book was the very first book that admitted to say that it wanted freedom from Great Britain.
Treaty of Paris: A treaty in Paris that was signed by King George 11 who is from Great Britain and was a representative of the United States. It was signed on September 3, 1783 and ended the American Revolution. This treaty was the only one that finally noticed the United States as an independent state. The reason why the Treaty of Paris was signed was because it brought the Revolutionary War to its ending.
Advantages and Disadvantages for both armies: Disadvantages from the Battle of Bunker Hill were they suffered more than 1,000 casualties, which is about double the American losses. The advantages were that new British men broke threw the other enforcement's and killed and wounded the colonists because they had no more ammunition. The colonists were so desperate that they threw rocks and even swung their empty guns at the British. Eventually, the colonists run away and the British won the war.

The Battle of Saratoga was in October 1777 and converted the war into a global war. When Burgoyne attacked the Americans he was defeated and was forced to retreat. So, the Americans won the war and got the French to become there ally.
